Yiwei Lithium Energy's subsidiary signed a land purchase agreement in Hungary for the production of cylindrical power batteries

On May 9, 2023, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary EVE Power Hungary Korlátolt Felelsség Társaság (hereinafter referred to as "EVE Hungary") signed the "SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT" (hereinafter referred to as the "Land Purchase Agreement" or "this Agreement") with the seller to purchase the seller's land in the northwest industrial zone of Debrecen for the production of cylindrical power batteries.

Seller: Debreceni Ingatlanfejleszt Korlátolt Felelsség Társaság

Buyer: EVE Power Hungary Korlátolt Felelsség Társaság

1. Prior to the date of signing of this Agreement, the Seller has submitted materials to the Land Registry for pre-registration of 100% ownership and declared that it has obtained all necessary approvals required for entering into the respective sales and purchase agreements without any obstacles or preconditions.

2. The parties declare that the land has been registered in the Land Registry and its area is 45 hectares as shown in this Agreement.

3. The land purchase price agreed by both parties is 22.5 euros/square meter + VAT. Based on the total area of ​​the land, the purchase price is 12,858,750.00 euros.

4. Both parties agree that this agreement shall take effect from the date of signing.
