Key areas and main tasks
Energy storage equipment industry. Focus on developing lithium-ion battery energy storage technology with ultra-long life, high safety, good cycle stability and rate performance, research and develop new batteries such as solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries, all-vanadium flow batteries, hydrogen energy storage/fuel cells, and encourage battery recycling and cascade utilization. Carry out large-capacity compressed air energy storage demonstrations to promote equipment manufacturing and technology industrialization. Explore the development and application of phase change energy storage, heat storage, cold storage and other technologies. Relying on its vanadium and titanium resource advantages, Chengde attracts leading domestic battery industry chain upstream and downstream enterprises to settle down, lay out the energy storage industry, and create a national vanadium energy storage application demonstration zone. Relying on the advantages of the power battery and energy storage battery industry chain, Tangshan further strengthens the supporting industry of energy storage equipment and creates an electrochemical energy storage equipment production and manufacturing base. Actively promote the construction of key energy storage projects to achieve collaborative innovation and common development of the upstream and downstream of the energy storage industry.
Power transmission and transformation equipment industry. Develop large-capacity, ultra-high voltage, combined, oil-free, intelligent, short-circuit-resistant, highly reliable and maintenance-free power transmission and transformation equipment to enhance system integration capabilities. With smart grid equipment as the leading factor, centering on power generation, power transmission and transformation, power distribution, power consumption and dispatching, focus on the development of new energy grid connection and control equipment, fast charging equipment, large-capacity energy storage equipment , intelligent power transmission and transformation equipment, intelligent power distribution and utilization equipment, etc.
Other clean energy equipment industries. Accelerate the development of core components such as heavy-duty gas turbines and hot-end turbine components; attract leading domestic hydropower equipment companies to set up in our province, focus on the development of impulse turbines, reaction turbines, and upstream core components of turbines such as bearings, blades, and valves, and increase the research and development of small hydropower equipment such as variable speed pumped storage and seawater pumped storage.
Improve innovation capabilities and consolidate industrial foundation
Strengthen the formulation and revision of standards. Focusing on the fields of new energy storage , hydrogen energy, UHV AC and DC equipment, smart distribution network equipment, and clean energy equipment energy efficiency, we encourage enterprises and institutions in our province to actively host or participate in the formulation and revision of international standards, national standards, and industry standards. In accordance with the "Hebei Province Standardization Funding Management Measures", we will provide funding to enterprises or groups in our province that host the formulation and revision of relevant standards for clean energy equipment.
Promote enterprise agglomeration and create an industrial ecosystem
Optimize industrial layout. Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan and other cities in the Taihang Mountains focus on building a large-scale application and equipment manufacturing area for " photovoltaic + energy storage " in the Taihang Mountains. Tangshan, Qinhuangdao and Cangzhou rely on their advantages in marine and port resources to focus on building coastal " clean energy (wind power, nuclear power, gas turbines) + energy storage " equipment manufacturing bases.
