On March 15, Guoxuan High-Tech and Edison Power Co., Ltd. of Japan reached a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will work together to develop Japan's energy storage and recycling market, promote the popularization of renewable energy in Japan, and promote Guoxuan batteries into the Japanese market.
According to the agreement, during the cooperation period, both parties will implement market strategies based on market demand, with a sales target of 1GWh in the first year and an increase to 2GWh per year from the second year. Guoxuan High-tech will provide battery cells, modules and BMS, while Edison Energy will be responsible for Japanese energy storage customer management, EPC services, energy storage system operation and maintenance and other market services.
