Farasis Energy plans to build a 30GWh power battery production base in Guangzhou

In order to further promote the comprehensive advantages of the company's latest power battery solution - Super Pouch Solution, develop new customers and new markets, and provide supporting production capacity for major customers nearby, the company plans to sign an "Annual Production of 30GWh Power Battery Production Base Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. The company plans this project as an annual production of 30GWh power battery production base, and the product types include lithium iron phosphate power batteries and ternary material power batteries.

Party A: Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee

Party B: Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd.

Under the premise of complying with national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies, Party A supports Party B or Party B's project partner to obtain 500-600 acres of land in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City through bidding and auction for the construction of a 30GWh power battery production base; actively cooperate with Party B to implement the filing, approval and other related matters related to the implementation of this project, coordinate financial institutions to provide loan support to the project company, etc.; support Party B to participate in energy storage projects within the jurisdiction, and support the inclusion of new energy vehicles equipped with Party B's new energy batteries in the government procurement catalog. After the implementation of this project, Party A will set up a project construction promotion leading group with the main leader as the team leader, and set up a special team as the docking window for this project. Within the scope permitted by laws and policies, it will actively coordinate various issues that occur during the construction of this project, and provide all-round services to speed up project approval, construction coordination, and the realization of preferential policies. The company will perform the obligations of registering the project company within the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City in accordance with the agreement; without the written consent of Party A, it shall not change the industrial and commercial, statistical, and tax collection relations in Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone of Guangzhou City, and shall not change the equity, reduce the registered capital or cancel the company without authorization, and ensure the project company has the expected business volume and other obligations.
