On the morning of December 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 110MW/220MWh energy storage power station project of Jiuzhou Group Tailai County Red-crowned Crane Energy Storage Power Station Co., Ltd. was held.
The project is located in Daxing Town, Tailai County, Qiqihar City, with a total investment of RMB 577.5 million and consists of 44 2.5MW/5.2MWh energy storage units.
After the project is completed, it will participate in application scenarios such as grid peak and frequency regulation, peak shaving and valley filling, which can effectively improve the frequency and voltage stability of the Qiqihar power grid, while improving the flow of power grid currents, reducing losses, and improving the utilization rate of power grid lines.
The project conforms to Jiuzhou Group's development needs for building a new power system, is in line with national strategies and industrial policies, accelerates Jiuzhou Group's energy storage industry layout, expands the implementation of virtual power plant project construction, and is conducive to improving Jiuzhou Group's profit level.
