Weilan Lithium and Zhongke Haina jointly develop cylindrical sodium batteries

Jiangsu Tianpeng Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianpeng Power" or "Party A"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Blue Lithium Core Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" on "Joint Development, Mass Production, Application Promotion and Iterative Development of Cylindrical Sodium-ion Batteries" with Liyang Zhongke Haina Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Haina" or "Party B").

Main contents of the agreement

Party A and Party B will give full play to their respective advantages and cooperate in the joint development, mass production, application promotion and iterative development of cylindrical sodium-ion batteries. The two parties will use the agreed product development as a carrier to form a cooperative team, investigate and discuss the market application direction, product form and technical specifications of cylindrical sodium-ion batteries, and jointly implement the product development process. The two parties have the common goal of verifying and improving the performance and cost of sodium-ion battery materials, optimizing the design and performance of sodium-ion batteries, finding the best product manufacturing process, and giving full play to the market competitiveness of sodium-ion batteries.
