Work Tasks
"Photovoltaic + other innovations" (10 MW). Fully integrate low-carbon development parks such as Dingke Community and Sino-Japanese Industrial Park, focus on building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), "photovoltaic + energy storage", and "photovoltaic + hydrogen energy", and effectively implement demonstration projects such as Dingke Convention and Exhibition Center and Wanshui Road Hydrogen Refueling Station .

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, a total of no less than 1,500 multi-type hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be promoted and applied, and the promotion and application of fuel cell heavy trucks, commuter buses, muck trucks, and municipal sanitation vehicles will be accelerated. The application of hydrogen energy in forklifts, port machinery and other fields will be explored. Actively plan and layout the hydrogen energy supply network, adhere to the principle of building a batch, starting a batch, reserving a batch, and planning a batch, and build no less than 14 oil-hydrogen combined stations or pure hydrogen stations by 2025, with a total hydrogenation capacity of no less than 38 tons/day, which is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 110,000 tons/year. Explore and carry out green hydrogen demonstration projects such as photovoltaic hydrogen production, wind power hydrogen production, and valley electricity hydrogen production in specific areas that meet the conditions, and the self-sufficiency rate of hydrogen will reach more than 30%, and the proportion of green hydrogen such as photovoltaic hydrogen production will be no less than 10%.
Actively explore the demonstration of hydrogen energy storage in application scenarios such as renewable energy consumption, distributed energy supply, and hydrogen energy buildings, steadily deploy hydrogen fuel cell distributed cogeneration facilities, build a zero-carbon demonstration park based on the top scientist community, and carry out hydrogen energy distributed energy demonstration.
Based on the principle of meeting the multi-type energy needs of Yangshan Port and ensuring energy security, we will plan and build comprehensive energy projects with multiple energy complementarity, such as gas turbine energy stations, onshore wind power, rooftop photovoltaics, hydrogen refueling stations, charging and swapping stations, and energy storage stations. We will apply carbon capture and LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization technologies to reduce regional carbon emissions, and innovatively apply the zero-carbon energy management center to carry out real-time dynamic monitoring and analysis of energy efficiency and carbon emissions, to create the Yangshan Port low-carbon innovation demonstration zone.
