Far East Smart Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Far East Battery Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Far East Battery Jiangsu"), recently received a designated notice from a European importer of household energy storage systems and other products (limited by a confidentiality agreement, its name cannot be disclosed, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), selecting Far East Battery Jiangsu as its supplier of household energy storage systems. According to the customer's plan, this designated project is expected to purchase 15,000 to 20,000 sets in 2023.
