Rongbai Group invested 30 billion yuan to start construction of a project to produce 400,000 tons of high-nickel lithium battery positive electrode materials per year

On March 29, Rongbai Group’s new integration signing ceremony and Xiantao base groundbreaking ceremony were successfully held in Xiantao, Hubei.

The signing of this package of agreements is the full implementation of the new integration strategy, which can integrate regional manufacturing advantages, talent advantages, capital advantages and other advantageous resources to the greatest extent to create systematic competitiveness.

According to the agreement, Rongbai Group will build a lithium battery positive electrode material manufacturing base with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons in Xiantao; and establish Xiantao Rongchuang No. 1 New Energy Partnership (Limited Partnership) to match the construction of the first phase project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons; at the same time, it will also invest in the Xiantao Rongbai New Energy Engineering Equipment Company project and the Rongbai College project in Xiantao, and establish a Battery Triangle Industry Investment Fund.

After signing the new integration contract, Rongbai Group quickly held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Xiantao base. The speed of starting construction immediately after signing the contract is a successful proof of the implementation of Rongbai Group's new integration strategy.
