China Energy Storage Network News: On February 28, Fan Hongwei, the sales team leader of the marketing department of Mengyin County Power Supply Company in Shandong Province, logged into the customer-side energy Internet smart platform to check the operation of the distributed photovoltaic projects connected to the grid in the county. "Previously, we could not remotely check whether the grid-connected voltage of these power generation projects exceeded the standard or whether the distribution transformers in the area were overloaded. Now we can see it by logging into this platform," said Fan Hongwei. Recently, the customer-side energy Internet smart platform developed by State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company was officially launched in power supply companies in various cities and counties in Shandong after 8 months of trial operation.
The customer-side energy Internet smart platform can analyze the massive data collected by the power consumption information collection system from different dimensions, realize data value-added, and convert the data into charts and other forms, intuitively and in real time displaying the power consumption status of customer-specific transformers, low-voltage areas and more than 50 million customers in the province, and technically support marketing professionals, especially grassroots power supply stations and marketing teams to improve management level and work efficiency. According to the relevant person in charge of the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Marketing Department, the platform mainly has the functions of overall operation overview monitoring, key indicator analysis, power generation side resource monitoring, and distributed photovoltaic integration perspective.
The platform's overall operation overview monitoring function comprehensively displays the changes in the power grid load in the supply area, comprehensively monitors overvoltage (undervoltage), transformer load conditions and real-time power consumption of customers at different voltage levels, and analyzes load, power consumption and line loss fluctuations from different dimensions. The key indicator analysis function dynamically monitors the collection success rate of different types of data, voltage qualification rate, abnormal power outages, business work order processing progress and other information. The power generation side resource monitoring function dynamically monitors the changes in load, power and calorific value of various types of power generation companies by analyzing and processing the power and heat data information of different types of power generation companies, and monitors the errors of metering devices online, providing technical support for spot trading, orderly power consumption and demand response.
Taking into account the large number of distributed photovoltaic projects in Shandong Province and the difficulty of management, State Grid Shandong Electric Power has specially developed a distributed photovoltaic integrated perspective function. This function can monitor the operating status of distributed photovoltaic project equipment in real time and can issue alarms for abnormal situations. This function realizes the remote flexible regulation of distributed photovoltaic projects through intelligent devices installed in distributed photovoltaic projects, making the project load observable, controllable and measurable. This function realizes the execution of control instructions in seconds, real-time comparison of peak load output, and automatic analysis of program operations, which can strengthen the management of distributed power generation projects on the customer side.
