Recently, the HPLC (high-speed power line carrier) module of Zhixin Company of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group has been put into use in photovoltaic inverters of domestic photovoltaic power stations. In the first batch of orders, there are more than 20,000 STAs (smart meter/type I collector communication unit, broadband carrier type II collector) and more than 1,400 CCOs (central coordinators). This indicates that Zhixin's products have been recognized in the field of power generation, and it is also an innovative practice of Zhixin Company to promote the realization of the "dual carbon" goals as scheduled with high-quality products.
Since 2020, Zhixin has seized development opportunities and taken the initiative to seek new market opportunities in the power generation field. In the field of photovoltaic applications, facing rare business opportunities and complex situations, we have made overall plans, communicated with industry leaders many times, and completed the connection of key links. We have formed a professional team to collect noise, signal attenuation and other data at the front line of photovoltaic power generation, conduct targeted analysis and improvement, explore the deep-seated causes of common problems, respond quickly, take multiple measures, grasp the difficulties, make up for the shortcomings and carry out personalized customized development. Finally, we have tackled the "hard bones", greatly reducing the communication delay by 60 milliseconds and increasing the communication success rate by 3 percentage points. The relevant technical indicators fully meet customer needs, effectively solve the problems of long communication distance and large transmission signal attenuation between the power generation data collector and the inverter (i.e., the data collection end and the sending end) in photovoltaic power stations, and escort the safe production of photovoltaic power generation. At the beginning of 2021, Zhixin's products were put into pilot operation in Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and other regions, and successfully passed the test, fully verifying the functions and performance of HPLC products, and laying a solid foundation for the large-scale promotion of HPLC in the field of photovoltaic power generation.
At present, Zhixin is actively deepening cooperation with China Electric Power Research Institute, relying on industry benchmark enterprises to expand the market horizontally in the photovoltaic field. At the same time, at the technical level, it continues to optimize and customize the design of products, strives to further reduce communication delay, further improve communication success rate, and continuously improve various product communication performance indicators.
