Wuhu People's Company used the idle roof resources of its own factory buildings to build this MW-level distributed photovoltaic power station. The roof is a colored steel tile structure with a roof area of ​​approximately 46,000 square meters. The photovoltaic modules use 335Wp/275Wp polysilicon, of which there are 13,536 335Wp modules and 4,862 275Wp modules, with a total installed capacity of 5,871.61kWp.

According to statistics, the average annual power generation of this photovoltaic power generation system is about 5.42 million kWh, and through self-use and surplus power access to the Internet, it can provide daily electricity for the production and office of Wuhu People's Company. In addition, it can provide clean green electricity for the park, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, improve the atmospheric environment, and actively respond to the government's call for energy conservation and emission reduction.

In this project, Chint Power provided a complete solution including DC combiner box, inverter, step-up transformer, etc. Among them, the 630kW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter played a role that cannot be underestimated. The 630kW inverter has multiple protection functions, advanced thermal flow design, and powerful AC fans, which improves system reliability and reduces system maintenance costs.

Integrated DC power distribution effectively reduces power station investment; the AC side of the inverter can be directly connected in parallel, supporting dual-winding or dual-split transformers; with PID protection function; active power is continuously adjustable, and the reactive power adjustment range is ±0.8.

The maximum efficiency is up to 99%, the European efficiency is up to 98.5%, and the Chinese efficiency is up to 98.2%; the space vector modulation algorithm (SVPWM) reduces switching losses; high power density saves installation costs and increases profits.
