On June 2, the China Huadian "unveiling the challenge and taking charge" project leadership ceremony was held at the headquarters of the group company. Third, release vitality and cultivate leading talents. With the help of "Unveiling the List and Leading the Leader", we will strive to create a group of top scientific and technological talents with world influence, stably support a group of innovation teams, and make "Unveiling the List and Leading the Leader" an accelerator for cultivating high-quality leading talents and high-level innovation teams in the group company.
This "Unveiling the List and Leading the Team" project focuses on the development strategy of the group company, and proposes a list of seven tasks in the fields of wind power, hydrogen energy, energy storage, low carbon, gas turbines, virtual power plants, and thermal power flexibility transformation. By vigorously strengthening original and leading scientific and technological research, accelerating the breakthrough of key core technologies, and continuously improving the basic capabilities of the industry and the modernization level of the industrial chain, we strive to cultivate a group of top scientific and technological talents with industry influence. After selection, 13 teams that unveiled the list stood out and were awarded the "Unveiling the List and Leading the Team" task. The unveiling team is led by enterprises within the company system and is composed of innovative entities such as universities and research institutes. It accelerates the construction of an innovation consortium led by leading enterprises and promotes the group company to accelerate the creation of an original technology source and a modern industrial chain leader.
This ceremony is an important measure for China Huadian to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on scientific and technological innovation, promote the "unveiling the list and appointing the leader" mechanism and the "military order" system, and is an important exploration for China Huadian to deepen the reform of the scientific and technological innovation system and mechanism and comprehensively enhance its independent innovation and core competitiveness. Based on the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, and building a new development pattern, China Huadian will adhere to the "four aspects" of scientific and technological innovation, focus on building a new power system with new energy as the main body, unswervingly implement the new development concept, and deeply promote the "Five Three Six Strategy".
