On June 18, the State Grid Fujian Electric Power held a launching ceremony and cooperation signing ceremony for the Double Innovation Center to implement the strategic cooperation framework agreement between the Fujian Provincial People's Government and the State Grid Corporation of China to promote the construction of energy internet and help the development of the new Fujian in the new era. This event also served as a branch venue of the "18th China Straits Project Achievement Fair", actively carrying out the docking and negotiation of innovative achievements.
In recent years, State Grid Fujian Electric Power has insisted on innovation-driven development and achieved "double improvement" in scientific research level and mechanism. The first 863 project led by the company passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, authorized 1,257 invention patents and 2,627 utility model patents, and 33 projects won provincial and ministerial science and technology awards or above. Among them, the substation "Eagle Eye" project independently developed by State Grid Fujian Electric Power filled the gap in the technology of rapid identification of oil leakage in substation oil filling equipment. This achievement is currently in tripartite cooperation with the State Grid Brazil International Department and Hualian Electronics Co., Ltd., and will be applied to the Brazilian power grid after further optimization and upgrading, realizing for the first time that the new innovations and inventions of the workers and the masses have stepped out of the country and gone international.
On the same day, State Grid Fujian Electric Power signed an agreement with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, and China Mobile Fujian Company to jointly build an energy Internet 5G technology innovation and application laboratory, carry out research on energy Internet 5G technology innovation and application and test detection, further master the core technology of power 5G business integration and innovation application and power 5G customized products, and strive to have core competitiveness in 5G experimental detection capabilities, power industry applications, terminal ecology, business platforms, and security protection, and reach the level of national laboratories. State Grid Fujian Electric Power signed an agreement with Tsinghua University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Fuzhou University, and CATL to jointly build an energy storage technology research and application laboratory, carry out key technology research such as "information-based energy storage" integration application, mobile distributed energy storage application, and typical energy storage applications on both sides of the grid source and load, and promote the construction of energy storage demonstration applications with Fujian characteristics.
It is understood that State Grid Fujian Electric Power will take the Double Innovation Center as a starting point, relying on forward-looking laboratories such as energy storage and 5G, to focus on "digital new infrastructure": creating "two functions" of collaborative R&D platform and innovative project incubation platform, combining Fujian's regional characteristics and advantages, focusing on source-grid-load-storage collaborative control and deepening application, offshore wind power grid connection operation and absorption, key technologies for power grid disaster prevention and mitigation, key technologies for "digital new infrastructure", coastal environment electrical material anti-corrosion technology and other key technical fields to carry out collaborative research. Among them, in terms of key technologies for "digital new infrastructure", it will further accelerate the deepening application of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and 5G in scenarios such as grid state perception, fault analysis, equipment defect analysis, and power trading.
Wang Xinchen, vice president of Fuzhou University, said that the construction of the State Grid Fujian Power Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center will build a platform for Fuzhou University to accelerate the training and flow of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, improve the entrepreneurial employment support system for college students, deepen and improve the entrepreneurship and innovation employee service system, and will also provide a new platform for Fuzhou University to promote the incubation and application of innovative achievements.
In order to stimulate and release the vitality of the dual innovation platform, State Grid Fujian Electric Power has established a scientific and technological achievement incubation fund to select scientific and technological achievements and projects with promotion potential and market prospects, and guide the marketization of incubation projects. Build experimental research, talent training, and innovation teams to settle in the "three bases", relying on provincial laboratories to operate laboratories in an entity manner; relying on the "Postdoctoral Research Station-Engineering Master Joint Training Base" and major scientific and technological projects as a carrier, share open scientific and technological resources and promote talent growth; relying on the Fujian power industry system and targeting the product market, select innovative achievements with good market prospects, provide incubation policies and financial support for R&D teams, and promote the transfer and transformation of achievements.
