Recently, Dalat Photovoltaic Power Station carried out dust removal work on 39 box-type inverters to further ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, eliminate the hidden dangers of inverter heat dissipation, and prepare for the peak summer season.
The dust removal work this time focused on the removal and cleaning of ventilation filters and internal cabinets. The power station was shut down during power-limited periods or at night when no power was generated to clean up the accumulated dust, thereby ensuring that power generation was not affected. At the same time, the interference of wind and sand in the desert area was overcome to ensure that each filter element and filter was removed in place and disassembled and assembled in an orderly manner.
Before the start of work, the person in charge of the work will hold a pre-work meeting to divide the work content in detail, explain the work location and scope, work risks, environment and personal protection, and give specific instructions on safety measures, technical measures and dangerous points in the work.
The cleaning operation of the integrated box inverter was highly targeted and effective, effectively avoiding the safe and reliable operation of the inverter under high temperature and high load conditions of the equipment, and providing strong guarantee for the completion of the annual electricity target.
