State Grid Hunan Electric Power's comprehensive energy service business covers the entire province

On April 2, State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. organized comprehensive energy service personnel to visit Longshan Yuanbao Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture to discuss comprehensive energy service projects such as industrial energy conservation and waste heat power generation. It also connected with relevant departments of the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Industry and Information Technology Bureau and decided to pilot the promotion of comprehensive energy service businesses such as industrial energy conservation and intelligent operation and maintenance in five high-energy-consuming enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.

In order to expand the integrated energy service business and promote the efficient operation of the integrated energy company and the municipal and prefectural integrated energy branches, the State Grid Hunan Electric Power implemented regional divisions for the 14 municipal and prefectural integrated energy service branches, established a regional liaison mechanism, and selected professionals in operation and maintenance, photovoltaic grid connection, and power sales to form a "business empowerment" lecturer team to conduct on-site exchanges and discussions on integrated energy service business, focusing on "professional empowerment and management empowerment" for municipal and prefectural integrated energy branches, and providing guidance for the integrated energy branches in business development and indicator improvement. The company implements the "first-question responsibility system and first-arrival responsibility system" for problems found in the area, assumes the responsibility of the first contact person, and routinely sorts out the problems existing in the comprehensive energy branch in terms of professional deepening, indicator improvement, resource integration, and problem closure, and takes the lead in coordinating and solving them, forming a virtuous cycle of complementary professional advantages, mutual promotion of performance, and joint research on problems.
