Improving the level of smart grid
Explore new businesses, new formats and new models
We conducted 20 potential business model surveys, formed 22 emerging business business planning schemes, and implemented 14 pilot projects. We selected 18 provincial companies to carry out multi-station integrated data center station integration pilot construction, and 120 data center stations were put into operation.
Focusing on the needs of government, enterprise and residential customers, 43 data product systems were planned. Some provincial companies were organized to carry out pilot verification of business models in demand response and customer-side energy storage, covering nearly 6,000 users. Focusing on 10 key areas such as IoT financing, IoT financial products were promoted. Four pilot demonstration areas in Tianjin Binhai, Shanghai Songjiang, Nanjing Lishui and Hangzhou Binjiang were initially completed.
Key construction projects are advancing steadily
The new generation of power trading platform has completed the inter-provincial function research and development, and the spot trading function has been launched in 6 pilot units. Coordinate the perception needs of the Internet of Things for power transmission and transformation, distribution substations and integrated energy services, and organize 15 pilot units to promote scenario construction. Build a unified data model and maintenance standard for marketing and distribution, and the timely maintenance rate of incremental data for marketing and distribution has reached 100%, and the penetration rate has increased by 5%. Complete the technical verification of cloud platform and data middle platform products, framework procurement, and selection and deployment planning of various units, and realize the deployment and launch of the headquarters and 21 pilot units. Complete the design of the customer service and power grid resource business middle platform, and form 19 shared service centers. Digital auditing has been put into use, covering 175 audit scenarios in finance and marketing.
Improve data management capabilities and tap into data value
Establish a State Grid Big Data Center, promote the creation of a two-level data directory, and build a data management system.
Carry out data inventory management, complete the inventory of more than 124,000 data tables of 52 first-level deployment systems, sort out more than 25,000 valid tables, maintain more than 323,000 fields and metadata information, and publish 50 system catalogs online. Improve the data sharing mechanism, formulate and revise the data application authorization management method and the data sharing negative list management system. Promote data application, cultivate 40 big data application results around 12 directions such as customer electricity consumption behavior, and publish a service catalog of 7 service domains and 221 service projects. Plan 148 digital products to serve government scientific decision-making, enterprise smart operation and residents' interesting energy use.
Implement key core technology research
Focus on the five major areas of new energy consumption, large power grid security and stability, load-side controllable regulation, integrated energy and energy storage utilization, and innovative operation of the power market to carry out special research. The energy Internet framework project is implemented in an orderly manner. The research and development of major projects such as wide-area coordinated control of the power system, terminal intelligence, and three-in-one stations are all launched. Breakthroughs have been made in business innovation pilots such as source-grid-load-storage collaborative ubiquitous dispatch, new energy cloud, and virtual power plants. Closely focusing on the needs of the perception layer, network layer, and platform layer, orderly promote the research of "stuck neck" technologies such as 5G technology applications and a new generation of power spatiotemporal geographic information cloud platforms.
