In 2019, during the construction of the demonstration project of the electricity self-service payment service platform, Dalian Power Supply Company continued to explore the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things and improve its power supply service capabilities.
Dalian Power Supply Company has established a self-service electricity payment service platform + source-grid-load-storage coordination system in different regions to collect and integrate distributed power sources, residential electricity consumption information and electric vehicle charging pile data. Residents can see the power generation of distributed power sources near the community at home and choose the appropriate charging pile to charge. Customers can apply for electricity online through the self-service electricity payment service platform + business hall transformation and upgrading system, which can reduce service time by 30% on average and provide customers with smart electricity solutions.
The self-service electricity payment service platform + comprehensive energy efficiency practical display and 180-degree holographic electric energy substitution display business, combined with the concept of information processing and information regeneration, provide customers with intelligent building energy management solutions. At the business office in the central business district of Dalian, Dalian Power Supply Company can obtain 8000 times/second high-frequency acquisition signals through integrated energy collection detection, intelligent temperature control and other systems, accurately separate the power consumption of all electrical appliances in the line and the comprehensive efficiency data according to the signal, and intelligently control the energy consumption of the building. At present, the bridge-mounted power supply equipment of the 180-degree holographic electric energy substitution display has been adopted by 18 bridges of Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport. In order to solve the problem of incomplete data collection and inability to automatically generate topological relationship data in the medium and low voltage distribution network during line loss management, Dalian Power Supply Company took the Jinzhou Ershilibao area as a pilot, and used the physical consistency of the carrier channel and the power line body to solve the problem of automatic identification of the 10kV line-transformer topological relationship, and realized automatic identification of the four-level topological relationship of line-transformer-box-household, reducing the workload of front-line employees to verify the topological relationship on site, and achieving full coverage of electric meters in the pilot area, full success of collection, full automatic data, full synchronization of archives, full connection of relationships, and full compliance of indicators. This construction achievement won the silver award of the 2019 Youth Innovation and Creativity Competition of State Grid Corporation of China.
In 2019, Dalian Power Supply Company completed the update and upgrade of 117,000 smart meter broadband carrier modules, and completed the automatic identification of topological relationships of 106 lines and 858 substations through the implementation of the power distribution big data project. The automatic identification area of medium and low voltage topological relationships that has been built is expected to reduce line loss by about 30 million kWh per year, increase electricity revenue by about 15 million yuan, and reduce distribution and transformation investment by about 2 million yuan; through data value mining, it can increase revenue by about 3.5 million yuan per year; the number of staff per 10,000 households will be reduced from 2.94 to 1.96, a reduction of 33.3%.

In 2019, Dalian Power Supply Company, guided by the promotion of ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction and service for smart city construction, organically combined various IoT terminals on the grid side with advanced artificial intelligence technology to create a grid-side intelligent IoT comprehensive information management and control system with comprehensive state perception, efficient information processing, strict safety control, and convenient and flexible application. The system can provide customers with a variety of energy efficiency analysis, provide decision-making support for the implementation of policy-based electricity prices and clean energy subsidies, improve analysis efficiency by more than 4 times, and the decision-making accuracy rate is as high as 92.36%. At the end of 2019, the "Grid-side Intelligent IoT Integration Innovation for Smart Cities" project applied by Dalian Power Supply Company was selected as a national smart enterprise construction innovation practice case in 2019.
At the same time, the company has shortened the repair time by more than 50% by implementing precise and immediate repairs. The repair rate of work orders in the demonstration area has decreased by 21% year-on-year, and the average power outage time per household has been reduced to 0.57 hours. Dalian Power Supply Company has also built a 5G network covering key areas, using 10 kV distribution network optical fiber composite cables to achieve "10 Gigabit to the county, 1 Gigabit to the station (station)" in key areas, breaking through the communication bottleneck of the "last mile" of the perception layer and platform layer, and initially building a smart IoT system.
