On December 26, the Hangzhou Energy Big Data Evaluation and Application Research Center, led by the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Zhejiang Province and constructed mainly by the Hangzhou Power Supply Company, was officially established.
At the end of November, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, which identified 40 projects in six areas, exploring the way of government-enterprise linkage to build a city energy brain and improve the city's energy efficiency. Hangzhou Energy Big Data Evaluation and Application Research Center is the first project to be implemented under the framework agreement. It will play an auxiliary decision-making role in energy efficiency analysis and control, economic situation analysis, energy system optimization, etc. through the "four-step" approach of energy data value creation, operation services, business incubation and ecological construction, and provide data basis for government decisions such as energy conservation and emission reduction, improve the overall energy efficiency of the whole society, and promote the development of the digital economy.
At present, Hangzhou Power Supply Company has completed the integration of more than 56 billion real-time data of 334 categories through the "Online Power Grid" pilot, and plans to develop Hangzhou City Brain·Energy Cerebellum, which will widely access upstream and downstream data of power grids such as power sources, customers, energy storage equipment, as well as various types of energy data such as gas, oil, and heat, to build a business chain with big data as the core, and realize the centralized calculation, integration and sharing of energy data in the entire city.
According to reports, Hangzhou Power Supply Company will rely on the Hangzhou Energy Big Data Evaluation and Application Research Center to study and establish an "Urban Social Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Evaluation Index Model" covering 12 main indicators at four levels, carry out urban energy efficiency status evaluation and "electricity looks at the economy" and "electricity looks at society" analysis work, provide support for the government's precise policy implementation and scientific regulation, and create a model for urban energy management.
