Shouguang Energy Big Data Center will use energy big data resources, take electricity as the center, integrate the data of the entire energy and power chain, establish a cloud platform, data management platform and security protection platform, and achieve full coverage of data in the four major areas of power grid business, energy supply and demand, smart agriculture, and public services; and provide high-quality power guarantee for Shouguang's economic and social development.

The construction of "three types and two networks" is to give full play to the hub role of the power grid in energy collection, transmission, conversion and utilization, build and operate a strong smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and create an energy Internet enterprise with hub, platform and sharing characteristics.
