This project was jointly submitted by State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing Haining Municipal People's Government in March 2017, and was successfully selected as one of the first batch of "Internet +" smart energy projects of the National Energy Administration. It is based on "strong smart grid" and "ubiquitous power Internet of Things" and relies on active distribution networks. It plans to build a comprehensive urban energy service platform, integrating and providing five major services including clean energy, building energy efficiency, supply and demand interaction, smart energy use and green transportation. It has successfully created a smart, open, shared, diverse and comprehensive urban energy Internet project model, and has become the pioneering practice of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power in exploring the construction of a world-class energy Internet enterprise with "three types and two networks".
The city-level energy Internet demonstration project breaks the "information island", realizes the sharing and integration of all business data, integrates one-stop clean energy services such as new energy planning, construction, and operation, all-round Internet + building energy-saving services, "no need to run once" smart energy use services, and green transportation services of vehicle-pile-network interaction.
