Reporter: What is the positioning and significance of the Hebei Zhengding Energy Internet Comprehensive Demonstration Zone?

Zhou Aiguo: At the beginning of this year, State Grid Corporation of China proposed the strategic goal of "three types and two networks, world-class". At the company's mid-year work conference, Chairman Kou Wei proposed that we should recognize the great significance of building a world-class energy Internet enterprise with "three types and two networks" from a higher position, and pointed out the direction for grasping the current situation and tasks and better promoting the construction of "three types and two networks".

As a large power supply enterprise, Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company has seized the favorable opportunity of the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things. Focusing on energy transformation, clean heating, and rural revitalization, it has carried out the construction of the "source-grid-load-storage-use" full-link project with Zhengding County as a pilot, focusing on the four areas of "quality and efficiency improvement, smart Internet of Things, integrated energy, and data services", creating three major smart energy projects of "ecological towns, beautiful villages, and low-carbon parks", and building a "three-area and six-ecology" smart energy service system. The Zhengding Energy Internet Comprehensive Demonstration Zone is one of the company's county-level energy Internet comprehensive demonstrations, providing a demonstration for the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd., and will be built into a practical model for the development of energy Internet services for smart cities, low-carbon parks, and beautiful villages.

Reporter: What work has Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company done to serve the construction of smart cities?

Zhou Aiguo: Zhengding is an ancient city with a long history. Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company actively gathered consensus and signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things Supporting Smart City Construction with the People's Government of Zhengding County to comprehensively deepen the cooperation between government and enterprises and jointly create a model for smart city construction and clean energy utilization. In combination with the protection of Zhengding Ancient City, tourism development, and ecological construction, we will coordinate the promotion of power grid transformation and upgrading and the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and promote the deep integration of urban ecological civilization and energy systems.

Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company has established a smart charging service network in Zhengding, assisted in the formulation of a development plan for electric vehicle charging facilities, fully connected charging resources to the Internet of Vehicles platform, achieved global perception, information sharing, and vehicle-pile interaction, guided the rational layout of charging facilities, and orderly charging of customers, and maximized the efficiency of power grid operation. In terms of distributed energy storage applications, the market-oriented operation of energy storage facilities is promoted from the grid side and the customer side, and the functions of peak shifting and valley filling, orderly power consumption, and emergency guarantee are brought into play. Through multi-energy complementary intelligent dispatching technology, electric energy is reasonably allocated to achieve smart power consumption. In terms of energy efficiency services, the advantages of power supply companies in talent and management are fully utilized, and relying on the Internet of Things and energy efficiency analysis technologies, services such as equipment monitoring and maintenance, power equipment maintenance, energy trusteeship, and high reliability assurance are provided to customers such as parks and large enterprises to improve power supply reliability and help customers save energy and reduce consumption.

Reporter: What measures has Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company taken to serve the industrial park?

Zhou Aiguo: Zhengding New District is located on the banks of the Hutuo River in Shijiazhuang. It will be built into a low-carbon, ecological, and smart new city. It is an important area for carrying the future emerging industries and high-end service industries of the capital of Hebei Province. Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company focuses on meeting the energy demand (electricity, cooling, heating, and gas) of Zhengding New District, and with the support of the energy comprehensive management and control platform, it has created a number of multi-energy synergy demonstration projects and built a regional comprehensive energy service demonstration zone with the leading scale in the country, highlighting the hub role of the power grid in energy collection, transmission, conversion, and utilization.

Establish a three-level energy station for regional energy cascade utilization, comprehensively use shallow ground source heat pumps, medium and deep geothermal, energy storage and other technologies, build a three-level energy station with multi-energy coupling, distributed storage, and cascade utilization, and realize energy complementarity, cascade utilization, full network interconnection, and electric heat complementarity. This year, Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company plans to build a gas-electricity cogeneration (energy storage) first-level city-level energy station, with a heating area of ​​1 million square meters, all using low-valley loads, and multi-energy coordination and optimization through the use of "heat storage electric boiler + gas air source heat pump"; by building secondary block energy stations such as the central lake and administrative center, the combined heat and cold supply capacity will be increased to 400,000 square meters; build distributed energy user-level micro-stations such as vocational education parks, administrative business centers, and Anyue Hotels, with a combined heat and cold supply area of ​​more than 1 million square meters.

In April this year, the State Grid Hebei Power Zhuhe 110 kV urban energy complex started construction in Zhengding. Based on the traditional substation, the station integrates the functions of charging station, data center station, and wireless private network base station. After completion, it will realize the demonstration application of wind, solar, thermal storage integrated energy management and DC distribution network, and build an unmanned smart business hall based on the wireless private network, forming an operation mode based on the "two networks" and integrating energy flow, business flow, and data flow. Zhuhe Station is the first and leading urban energy complex in China, and is expected to be completed in August this year.

Reporter: Please talk about what new changes the energy Internet has brought to rural areas?

Zhou Aiguo: Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company uses Tayuanzhuang Village in Zhengding County as a practical sample to promote the application of smart energy. Combining the concept of energy Internet town, it creates an energy supply and consumption model that is supported by a strong smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of Things, with electricity as the center and efficient utilization of multiple energy sources. It establishes a cooperative alliance with local agriculture, communications and upstream and downstream industries, explores the creation of a "smart energy + ecosystem", constructs a "beautiful countryside" energy utilization model, and strives to build the country's first smart energy demonstration village.

Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company implements the concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction, fully utilizes Internet thinking, strengthens the three major supporting roles of core technology, management and operation, and market operation, closely connects with the industrial development plan of Tayuanzhuang Village, compiles the comprehensive energy utilization plan of Tayuanzhuang, and lays out six "smart ecosystems" of "smart energy + agriculture, tourism, community, transportation, elderly care, and education", tailors a series of comprehensive energy utilization projects, and provides one-stop, package energy solutions. Utilizing the village-level comprehensive energy management and control platform, using technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, it realizes intelligent monitoring and intelligent dispatching of various forms of energy such as residential buildings, enterprises, and agricultural greenhouses, and creates a "platform + ecology" energy clean utilization model and a "drainage + empowerment" energy comprehensive service model.

Tayuanzhuang Wopusheng Smart Agriculture Park uses environmental control, greenhouse heating, and agricultural-photovoltaic complementary technologies to increase the greenhouse production period by one season each year, increasing the output of traditional greenhouses by 30%, and the gross profit by 1.5 million yuan. The annual income of distributed photovoltaic power generation reaches 40,000 yuan. This is a typical case of Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company serving enterprises to use energy reasonably and effectively, and increase output and income. In addition, water, electricity, heating, temperature and humidity sensing equipment are deployed in Jinsong Nursing Home and Tayuanzhuang Primary School. Real-time data monitoring and energy efficiency evaluation are carried out through the comprehensive energy management and control platform, and the optimal energy mode is adjusted intelligently to reduce electricity costs and energy waste. Photovoltaic umbrellas, photovoltaic seats, photovoltaic corridors, smart street lights and other facilities are installed in the wooden house town and dream town tourist attractions to meet the charging and lighting needs of tourists, and create a modern comprehensive energy full-perception scenic spot. Since the construction of the project, the energy cost of Tayuanzhuang Village has dropped by more than 12%.
