This is due to the exploration and implementation of the intelligent distribution room operation and maintenance model by State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company. This model can replace traditional manual inspections and will also be used in the "Chongqing Mountain City Central Business District Smart Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Project", a ubiquitous power Internet of Things demonstration project of State Grid Corporation of China.

State Grid Chongqing Electric Power actively responded to the deployment of building a ubiquitous power Internet of Things, compiled and completed the overall plan and 11 sub-plans for the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and orderly promoted 82 tasks. The company fully applied modern information and communication technologies such as "big cloud, things, mobile, intelligence and chain", and carried out 7 demonstration projects such as smart energy use in Chongqing Mountain City Central Business District according to local conditions, shaping a new pattern of smart energy use in mountain cities.

Strengthen demonstration and build an energy Internet ecosystem

"The temperature is 21 degrees Celsius and the equipment is running normally." On May 6, employees of Jiangbei Power Supply Company were conducting on-site inspections in the high-rise buildings of Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District at the intersection of the two rivers. At present, public buildings in the entire Jiangbeizui Central Business District are using river water source heat pumps and ice storage systems. Solving the problem of air conditioning energy saving for large buildings in the Jiangbeizui area is an important basic work of the "Chongqing Mountain City Central Business District Smart Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Project".

Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District is positioned as a high-end business center and financial core area. It is a complex integrating high-end office buildings, financial service facilities and large-scale public cultural facilities.

"Combined with the characteristics of Jiangbeizui Central Business District, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power will comprehensively deploy key construction contents of ubiquitous power Internet of Things in this area, and strive to create a multi-dimensional and all-round ubiquitous power Internet of Things centralized demonstration area." Chang Tao from the Internet Department of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power introduced. The demonstration project includes 32 sub-items such as low-voltage power outage household intelligent repair based on multi-system integration, multi-dimensional sensing of cables and channels of all voltage levels, and online metering inspection and status monitoring, which are currently being promoted and implemented one by one.

"One of the key tasks is to solve the key technical problems of the application of ubiquitous power Internet of Things in complex mountainous terrain, improve the information infrastructure, and open up the upstream and downstream information flow." Chang Tao said. To this end, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power is actively promoting the construction of power wireless private network and 5G network, improving the "last mile" service access capability of the communication network in Jiangbeizui area, and fully meeting the access needs of various services.

Convenient for people's livelihood and building a new online public service platform

"The monthly average load is 193 kilowatts, and the monthly average load rate is 14.6%. It is running under light load and the economy is average." On April 16, Leng Chonghui, manager of the property company from Yunda Industrial Park in Nan'an District, Chongqing, picked up his mobile phone and clicked on the Smart Energy Comprehensive Service Platform APP. The monthly energy consumption analysis report of the industrial park in March was instantly generated.

The smart energy integrated service platform is the latest application developed by State Grid Chongqing Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd. in March this year. The platform can access customer energy facilities and provide 24-hour smart monitoring services. Zhao Fang, the company's market and policy research specialist, introduced that they use this platform to build an offline smart operation and maintenance service system to provide customers with equipment operation, maintenance monitoring, emergency handling and other services, and provide customers with a full range of energy solutions through energy monitoring and big data analysis. At present, the company has provided smart energy services to 20 customers, and will continue to pilot and provide integrated energy services to 100 typical customers such as finance and commerce.

"In the next step, we will make every effort to build an intelligent energy comprehensive service monitoring center and establish a new online public service platform that is unified and open to the whole society and has the characteristics of energy Internet." Expanding business and promoting the formation of a "circle of friends" in the new energy vehicle industry

"The platform has been connected to various types of electric vehicles and charging piles in the city, and has been promoted and applied to other provinces and cities by the State Grid Electric Vehicle Company." Liu Guoping, the Chongqing Electric Power Internet Department of the State Grid, introduced.

State Grid Chongqing Electric Power has developed Chongqing's new energy vehicle time-sharing public transportation service platform "Yu eXing" and Chongqing's new energy vehicle and charging facility monitoring platform since 2015, relying on the National Science and Technology Support Program project. At present, the monitoring platform has been running stably for 3 years, with a total of 33,857 electric vehicles and 14,493 charging facilities connected, and the technical achievements have been promoted to Anhui, Guangxi, Zhejiang and other places.

State Grid Chongqing Electric Power is currently deepening the application of new energy vehicles and charging facilities monitoring platform, conducting in-depth big data mining and analysis, and exploring a new model of "1+N+M" business collaborative development of the new energy vehicle and charging service industry chain. "1+N+M" means using "Yu e-travel" to integrate N types of time-sharing rental, online car-hailing and other travel service operation resources and M types of supporting industries (including charging, operation and maintenance, financial insurance, etc.) operation resources, promote the construction of an operation resource sharing system, provide basic business platforms and basic operation facilities for electric vehicle manufacturers and leasing service providers, provide customers with "one deposit, one certification, one-click car rental, one-view charging" convenient services, and provide macro data support for the formulation and implementation of government policies in the new energy field.

Liu Guoping and his colleagues are working hard to implement the plan: "We will actively expand emerging businesses, promote the formation of a 'circle of friends' in the new energy vehicle industry, and drive the common development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and value chain."
