It is understood that Qinghai Electric Power has carefully organized and studied the relevant contents of the "Outline for the Construction of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things" issued by the State Grid Corporation of China, and around the specific requirements of the "three types and two networks" world-class energy Internet enterprise construction goals, it has studied and proposed the construction ideas of Qinghai Electric Power Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things: fully abide by the "four principles" of the State Grid of "unified standards, encouragement of innovation, inheritance and development, precise investment, intensive construction, co-construction and sharing, economical and practical, and focus on value", based on the "four focuses" of learning, bull's eye, characteristics, and effectiveness, focusing on high-altitude intelligent operation and maintenance to improve the safe operation level of the power grid, data sharing and integration to improve the company's business management level, and clean energy consumption to help The "four major areas of projects" include the construction of a clean energy demonstration province and the targeted poverty alleviation project to help improve people's livelihood in rural and pastoral areas. We will focus on carrying out "ten demonstration projects" such as the construction and application of the Internet of Things for power transmission and transformation equipment, research on new energy business models based on blockchain, research on performance analysis and employment allocation strategies for front-line production employees, and construction of an innovative platform for new energy big data cloud services. Based on comprehensive perception, driven by data integration, centered on platform sharing, and guided by value creation, we will research, build and continuously improve the ubiquitous power Internet of Things to support and serve the high-quality and rapid development of companies and power grids, and promote the construction of a clean energy demonstration province and a world-class energy Internet enterprise with "three types and two networks".
According to the planning goal of "one year pilot, two years promotion, and three years effectiveness" proposed by State Grid, and in accordance with the six aspects and 11 key directions identified in State Grid's "Outline for the Construction of Ubiquitous Internet of Things", the writing team started from three aspects: unified organization of construction tasks, special pilot construction tasks, and innovative exploration and research tasks, and formed a "construction plan" for the construction of Qinghai Power's ubiquitous power Internet of Things, with a total of 76 construction tasks.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation and rapid advancement of the 76 planned projects, Qinghai Electric Power has put forward corresponding mechanism guarantee measures. In terms of organizational guarantee, a ubiquitous power Internet of Things leadership group, working group, business group and basic support group have been established to ensure the high-quality development of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction; in terms of mechanism guarantee, a cross-departmental and cross-professional collaborative promotion mechanism has been established to strengthen decision-making and coordination on major issues.
At the same time, the company will establish a centralized project management and control model, and conduct management and control from multiple angles such as project communication, progress, quality, and risk to ensure the smooth progress of all stages of the project; establish a strategic cooperation mechanism with China Unicom, complement each other's strengths, and build a flexible team organization for the company's ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction, increase research and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and edge computing, carry out internal talent team training, and enhance innovation leadership capabilities; establish a reasonable and comprehensive business team assessment and evaluation mechanism, conduct monthly assessment reports from the dimensions of progress, quality, collaboration, efficiency, etc., and do a good job in logistics and project publicity management to fully support the smooth progress of the project.
