Today, the Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission reviewed and approved a group of 11 electric vehicle charging facility companies in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Autonomous Region Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Construction and Operation Management Measures (Trial)" (Xinfa Energy [2016] No. 1366), and allowed them to be included in the autonomous region's 2018 second batch of "Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Construction and Operation Management Catalogue".
Recently, according to the relevant requirements of the "Measures for the Construction, Operation and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities in the Autonomous Region (Trial)" (Xinfa Gai Neng Yuan [2016] No. 1366), our commission has reviewed and approved the construction and operation access conditions of electric vehicle charging facilities of eleven companies, including China Petroleum Xinjiang Sales Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Smart Easy Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Urumqi Public Parking Service Management Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Xinjie Gas Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Jiusaier Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tianbei Energy Co., Ltd., Changji Huijuning Trading Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Hengyun Mingfeng Trading Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Meijing Hongcheng Trading Co., Ltd., Changji City Investment Heating Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Zhuiri Electric Co., Ltd., and allowed the above eleven companies to be included in the second batch of the "Catalogue of Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Construction and Operation Operation Management" in 2018 of the Autonomous Region.
Our commission requires all local (state, city) development and reform commissions to conscientiously manage electric vehicle charging facilities in accordance with relevant national and autonomous region regulations, further standardize the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities, and allow electric vehicle charging facility construction and operation companies included in the "Catalog" to carry out charging facility construction and operation throughout Xinjiang.
Our region will fully implement the spirit of the document "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure" (Guobanfa [2015] No. 73) and the "Electrification Xinjiang" decision-making and deployment, vigorously promote the construction of charging infrastructure, solve the problem of electric vehicle charging, expand the space for electricity consumption in our region, promote energy conservation and emission reduction and air pollution prevention and control, and promote the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.
