Recently, the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute made full use of its newly acquired charging pile testing qualifications to conduct free preliminary testing for two larger charging pile manufacturers in the province.
In response to the "13th Five-Year Plan" construction plan for electric vehicle charging facilities in Fujian Province, and to fully carry out the quality and safety testing of charging pile products, the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute has increased its investment in software and hardware, and obtained CNAS accreditation for all projects of AC and DC charging pile products at the end of 2017, becoming the only laboratory in the province with this qualification. In this charging pile survey test, the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute conducted a survey test on the two key performance indicators of charging pile products - interoperability and communication protocol consistency in accordance with the latest national standard requirements issued in October last year, helping companies to understand the performance of their own products and ensure that all indicators meet national standards. This move solved the problem of long testing cycles and high costs that companies had to pay for inspections in other provinces in the past, and received unanimous praise. In the next step, the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute will continue to provide technical services to charging pile manufacturers in the province and provide more timely and comprehensive technical support for improving the quality of charging pile products.
