1. Pay attention to short circuit

Polymer lithium-ion batteries are prone to short circuits during charging, including internal short circuits, external short circuits, etc.

2. Do not overcharge

If the polymer lithium-ion battery is charged for too long, the possibility of expansion will increase.

Lithium is very active in chemical properties and is very flammable. When the battery is charged and discharged, the temperature inside the battery continues to rise, the gas generated during the activation process expands, and the internal pressure of the battery increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, if there is a scratch on the outer shell, it will rupture, causing leakage, fire, or even explosion. Polymer lithium-ion batteries only expand.
