China Energy Storage Network News: Zhang Haiming, deputy general manager of the Energy Internet Department of Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on Sungrow's one-stop energy Internet solution.
Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. focuses on new energy power generation equipment and system solutions such as solar energy, wind energy, and energy storage, and mainly engages in photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaic inverters, wind energy converters, energy storage systems, electric vehicle motor controllers, etc. The business segments involve centralized photovoltaic power stations, industrial and commercial rooftop photovoltaics, household photovoltaics, photovoltaic poverty alleviation, wind power generation, and smart energy services.
In his speech, Mr. Zhang pointed out the main situations facing renewable energy: 1. The proportion of renewable energy in China's total power generation and consumption will continue to rise; 2. The randomness and intermittent characteristics of photovoltaic power generation have an impact on the power system; 3. The unreasonable power structure and transmission difficulties are the main reasons hindering the development of a high proportion of renewable energy; 4. The penetration rate of photovoltaic power generation in some local areas continues to increase.
Then Mr. Zhang summarized the problems that renewable energy is facing, such as difficulty in absorbing new energy, poor adaptability, low energy efficiency and low utilization rate. He further proposed a one-stop energy Internet solution for renewable energy, including: 1. Deep integration of photovoltaic + energy storage to promote the rapid development of new energy; 2. Photovoltaic + energy storage to build smart microgrids; 3. Large-scale photovoltaic storage and multi-energy complementary power stations; 4. Develop regional microgrids to respond to user-side needs; 5. Develop regional energy Internet based on green power trading platform; 6. Photovoltaic + energy storage-household energy router to create zero-energy buildings; 7. Smart charging stations to create innovative energy management systems; 8. Improve the price mechanism and encourage the exploration of new trading models; 9. Establish a data interconnection and sharing platform based on Internet and cloud computing technology.
Finally, Mr. Zhang introduced the actual application cases such as Sungrow’s microgrid demonstration project, energy internet demonstration project, household photovoltaic and energy storage integrated system application, 400+ energy storage system application projects around the world and 1000+MWh lithium battery installed capacity.
