On September 5, 2017, in order to handle the key suggestions of the Fifth Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress, Wang Yan, Deputy Director of the Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, led a team to conduct research at Zhejiang Tianneng Group.
After Wang Yan and her delegation visited the lithium battery workshop of Tianneng Group, they had in-depth communication and exchanges with Representative Zhang Tianren. The research team listened carefully to Representative Zhang Tianren's suggestions on improving the supporting policies of the extended producer responsibility system and promoting the standardized recycling of lead-acid batteries, and gave detailed replies and explanations on the issues of concern to the representatives.
