China Energy Storage Network News: Sina Finance "Nengjianpai" learned that on September 5, Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, ENGIE China Investment Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. jointly signed the "Energy Internet Project Investment Agreement".
It is reported that the investment cooperation agreement for the energy internet project based in Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone is a further promotion and specific implementation of the cooperation memorandum signed by both parties. At the same time, the project is also ENGIE China's first greenfield investment project in mainland China.
Based on the preliminary work situation and investment payback cycle, rooftop distributed photovoltaic and energy efficiency management projects that meet the implementation conditions will be implemented first. At the same time, the preliminary work of projects such as energy storage and microgrids, natural gas trigeneration, and new energy vehicle charging piles will be accelerated and project construction will be implemented as soon as possible.
Previously, Linyang Energy and ENGIE China signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shanghai and Paris on July 12. The two parties will use their respective advantages to cooperate in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency management, green energy trading, etc., to provide the market with efficient and innovative energy solutions in the energy field, including: planning to achieve cooperation in 500MW photovoltaic power station projects within three years, energy efficiency and management projects, and trading and portfolio management projects.
Linyang Energy is actively advancing its layout in the three strategic areas of "intelligence, energy conservation, and new energy", and has accelerated its pace in the field of smart energy in recent years.
Among the first batch of 55 "Internet" + smart energy (energy Internet) pilot demonstration projects officially announced by the National Energy Administration in July this year, the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone Energy Internet Demonstration Project applied for and constructed by Linyang Energy is also included.
Currently, the National Energy Administration is organizing the application for the second batch of incremental distribution business reform pilot projects. The Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Jiangsu Provincial Energy Supervision Office have also recently officially released the "Implementation Rules for the Jiangsu Province Incremental Distribution Business Reform Pilot".
It is reported that in the future, Linyang Energy will also extend the business of the new energy sector. While independently developing, constructing and operating power stations, it will expand its business model and develop, build and operate distributed photovoltaic power stations for strategic cooperation with central enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, thereby creating a new growth point for the new energy sector's performance.
