On June 16, during the 27th National Energy Conservation Promotion Week, the distributed energy global operation center with the system thinking of "Energy Internet Island" was completed in the Lintong Industrial Park of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Blower").
The project has been demonstrated by experts from various domestic related fields. The experts unanimously agreed that the project has achieved the expected results by integrating the intelligent optimization of multiple systems through the "Energy Interconnection Island" platform, targeting the regional energy resources and user-side demand characteristics; through the existing technical advantages, personalized customization, overall planning, multi-party coordination, and energy interconnection, it has achieved land intensiveness, equipment intensiveness, function intensiveness, and operation intensiveness; the "Energy Interconnection Island" has established a new management model, and through the use of Internet and Internet of Things technology, process simulation, operation strategy optimization, and big data applications, it has developed a smart energy interconnection platform for regional energy supply and demand, and realized the "one-card" service. This is in line with the relevant industrial policy requirements of the country such as energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental friendliness, and energy supply-side reform.

Opening up a new model of efficient energy utilization
According to reports, in order to explore the feasibility of energy interconnection and efficient utilization, Shaangu invested in the construction of the world's first regional energy and resource recycling and operation management center in Lintong Manufacturing Park based on years of exploration, research and hard practice in the field of distributed energy, providing energy efficient and comprehensive utilization services for the entire manufacturing park. The unified planning and management of cold, heat, electricity, wind, water, waste, security, fire protection, environmental monitoring, etc. in the region have formed a relatively independent energy supply and environmental protection treatment system, which can significantly reduce the demand for external energy and waste emissions, and achieve regional energy conservation and environmental protection as well as the improvement of operation and management efficiency. It has significant advantages such as regional environmental protection energy integration, material recycling, energy cascade utilization, land resource intensiveness, and environmental friendliness.
Through the implementation of this project, the park can save 51% of land and reduce 58.6% of personnel. Its energy station heat pump and air compressor system share cooling towers, and each subsystem shares equipment rooms and public auxiliary facilities. The integrated energy station implemented through energy Internet technology construction ensures the reasonable layout and efficient operation of the park's sewage treatment, heating, cooling, power supply (partial), compressed air, solid waste treatment, fresh air supply and security, fire monitoring and other intelligent nine-linkage systems, and realizes land intensive, function intensive, equipment intensive and operation intensive.
At present, using the "Energy Interconnection Island" technology, Shaangu has realized the interconnection of energy systems of ten gas plants, five sewage treatment plants, two distributed integrated power plants and other projects. At the same time, with the organic integration of Internet+, big data technology and energy industry and the application of Shaangu's "Energy Interconnection Island" technology in global operation projects, Shaangu can realize remote fault monitoring and diagnosis services for domestic and foreign equipment energy systems, thereby realizing system big data operation interconnection.
To ensure the optimal operation strategy and big data application of the energy system, Shaangu relies on key green manufacturing technology equipment, "energy interconnection island" technology, and energy equipment health management technology, and uses a global full-life cycle remote online monitoring and diagnosis service system to build a network big data platform for energy management, safety management, and operation management through technology and model innovation. At the same time, on the basis of realizing the external interconnection of the global energy operation center and the energy system, a global big data center is built, and through comprehensive analysis and judgment of big data, intelligent control and service of energy systems for global operation projects are realized.

The synthetic leather wastewater treatment and DMF recycling project signed by Shaangu and Lishui Industrial Park in Zhejiang Province has achieved a breakthrough in the industrial wastewater treatment market; in the field of process industry upgrading and transformation, the integrated system solution of the "Energy Internet Island" project is currently being promoted in the Jinan Iron and Steel Group's withdrawal from the city and entering the park. It is expected to reduce Ji'nan Iron and Steel's cost per ton of steel and iron by 70 to 100 yuan, increase annual benefits by 227 million to 300 million yuan, and increase energy utilization by 5% to 7%, realizing the optimization and upgrading of the steel industry.
At the same time, the "Energy Internet Island" system solution will also be promoted and applied in projects such as the newly built Economic and Technological Development Industrial Park in Hancheng, the energy system upgrade and transformation of the Qinchuan Machine Tool Plant, the energy efficiency improvement and optimization of Shanxi Jianlong Steel Co., Ltd., the process industry energy optimization of Daqing Lianyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and the industrial upgrading of Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd.
Experts attending the meeting said that the "Energy Interconnected Island" system solution will subvert the traditional energy management model of each doing its own thing, fundamentally solve the problem of energy resource coordination on the energy supply side and the demand side, and will promote a new round of energy revolution.
In response to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading, ecological, low-carbon and smart park construction, Shaangu has embarked on a new journey of comprehensive utilization of new energy with the "Energy Internet Island" model, which will inject a shot in the arm to improve the overall operating efficiency of the energy system, add new impetus to the development of the green energy market, and will also become another "new engine" for promoting energy supply-side structural reforms.
