Many buyers have just come into contact with lithium batteries and do not understand them. Manufacturers use 20AH lithium batteries to pretend to be 80AH to customers, making huge profits. From 2014 to 2016, many manufacturers made millions or even tens of millions of dollars a year through lithium batteries. If a 12V40AH lithium battery is assembled with a 3.7V2AH cell, then 60 cells are required. The calculation method of how many cells are needed for how many AH is (when the cell is 3.7V2AH) 12V50AH battery, then use 50÷2*3=75 cells, if the cell is 3.7V1AH, 12V50AH battery uses 50÷1*3=150 cells. Now many buyers use the number of cells to calculate whether the battery capacity is sufficient, which is wrong. Conventional 12V30AH only has 45 cells, but I can also use 90 3.7V1AH cells to make it. When the time comes, tell the customer that my battery is 60AH. If you don’t believe it, you can count the cells. At this time, the customer will feel that the manufacturer has not cheated after counting, but in fact, the manufacturer has already cut corners. No matter how smart the buyer is, the manufacturer will have various ways to deceive you. In fact, it is not purely a matter of being deceived, because you are lowering the price, and the price you lower is lower than the manufacturer’s production cost. No one will do a business that loses money, and it would be strange if they don’t steal.

There is another point to remind all buyers. If this factory says that its street lamp lithium battery is made of lithium iron phosphate battery and is of higher quality than other manufacturers, then you can directly give up cooperating with this company. They are full of lies. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are impossible to be used in China. They are very expensive and there is no need to use them in China. If the domestic area is as hot as Africa and the Middle East, then lithium iron phosphate batteries must be used.

The price of solar lithium battery without cutting corners is between 11-13 yuan (including controller). Manufacturers that charge less than 11 yuan/AH are basically cutting corners, or the boss of this factory has a brain problem, and they only ship the product with a profit of less than 5%, and this profit is not enough to cover after-sales service. Haha.

Every industry has copyists without factories.
