Notice on the implementation of the second batch of lithium-ion battery industry standard announcements in Beijing

All relevant units:

In accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on the Second Batch of Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standard Announcement Application Work" (Industry Electronic Letter [2017] No. 221), and in accordance with the "Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standard Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Conditions") and the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standard Announcement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Interim Measures"), in order to do a good job in the lithium-ion battery industry standard announcement application work in our city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology is responsible for the acceptance and preliminary review of application materials for regulatory announcements of the lithium-ion battery industry in Beijing.

2. When lithium-ion battery manufacturers that meet the requirements of the "Normative Conditions" and the "Interim Measures" submit applications for normative announcements, they should submit materials in accordance with the "Interim Measures", "Normative Conditions" and relevant notification requirements. The cover of each application submitted should be stamped with the company's official seal. Each application and attached materials should be bound into a book (3 copies) and submitted to the Electronic Information Industry Department of our Commission, and simultaneously submitted online through the Lithium-ion Battery Industry Management System of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (www.ldchy.cn).

3. The application should be complete and meet the requirements, otherwise it will not be accepted. After receiving the application, our commission will organize a preliminary review and submit the application materials that have been reviewed and meet the requirements to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for review.

4. The application deadline is June 8, 2017. Please submit your application materials to the Commission before the deadline and complete the online application in the system at the same time.
