Jinlong inverter "Six Arrows"
It is reported that at the E7-001 booth, which was full of fashion, coolness and avant-garde factors and surrounded by beautiful women and red envelopes, five series of products under Ginlong Technology, including MINI inverter, single-phase inverter, 20-40kW three-phase inverter, 50-70kW three-phase inverter and energy storage inverter, were also unveiled simultaneously, demonstrating the seamless integration of technological innovation and humanistic feelings to the extreme.
It is understood that these five inverters of Jinlong Technology not only have common characteristics such as high MPPT efficiency, low starting voltage, low grid-connected voltage, high switching frequency and high power generation efficiency, but also have completely different characteristics in their respective application fields.
More importantly, these five products can also be implanted with anti-backflow energy management and control functions, allowing users to understand the power provided by the inverter to the load in real time. By controlling photovoltaic energy in real time, all the energy generated by photovoltaic power generation can be used for local loads, thereby making full use of photovoltaic power generation, reducing the burden on the power grid and further improving the stability and efficiency of the inverter system.

Jinlong's first arrow: mini inverter

According to reports, Jinlong mini inverters are not only reliable in quality and long-lasting in efficiency, but also have a maximum efficiency of up to 97.5%, which can ensure the conversion efficiency to a greater extent, reduce switching losses, and extend the service life of components. The MPPT voltage range of this product is 50-500V, and the starting voltage is 60V. The lower MPP lower limit voltage and lower starting voltage can allow the inverter to obtain more energy in the morning and evening.
In addition, Jinlong mini inverter uses the latest generation of IGBT from Infineon. By properly configuring the parameters, the switching loss of the inverter can be minimized while taking into account good EMC characteristics. At the same time, by optimizing the structural design and placing the inductor externally, the temperature inside the inverter housing is reduced, the loss of magnetic components is reduced, and the overall efficiency of the inverter is improved. Industry data shows that the life of electronic components can be doubled for every 10 degrees Celsius reduction in the ambient temperature of the electronic components.

Jinlong's second arrow: single-phase inverter
Jinlong 4G single-phase inverter also has the characteristics of high performance, high safety and high grid friendliness. The maximum power of this product can cover 6-10kW, which is higher than the market level of most single-phase inverters with a maximum power of only 6kW. It adopts a maximum of 3-way MPPT tracking, which can be expanded to 4-way, and the multi-way MPPT technology further improves the power generation efficiency. The switching frequency exceeds 30kHz, and the 10kW power model has become the lightest string inverter in the same power level on the market.
Jinlang's third arrow: 20-40kW large three-phase inverter
In addition to having the same functions as the above products, Jinlong Technology launched a 20-40kW large three-phase inverter for industrial and commercial rooftop projects at this SNEC. The system's maximum efficiency can reach more than 98.8%, and it can also achieve 4-way MPPT access, with higher power generation efficiency. Fanless heat dissipation and intelligent PLC photovoltaic panel tracking system can make the application more flexible and intelligent. Jinlong added a "tracking angle control circuit board" and "PLC motor controller", sensors, and a PLC intelligent tracking controller composed of motors to the 20-40kW string inverter. The system can determine and drive the bracket to face the direct sun point through an intelligent program, and track the sun's east-west movement trajectory in real time. It is suitable for distributed photovoltaic power stations with various innovative photovoltaic + modes such as water photovoltaics, agricultural photovoltaics, and fish photovoltaics. In combination with the tracking bracket system, it can increase the annual power generation by 20%-30%.
Jinlang's fourth arrow: 50-70kW three-phase inverter
Aiming to improve power generation efficiency, grid security and friendliness, every product launched by Jinlong Technology is based on innovation and customer satisfaction. Its 50-70kW three-phase inverter not only has a maximum efficiency of 99%, which is 0.5 percentage points higher than the Chinese efficiency standard of 98.5%, but also uses 4 MPPT accesses with a rated value of 28.5A per channel, compatible with high-power components, and has a THDi of less than 3%, which has small harmonics to the grid; at the same time, it is anti-resonant, and the single transformer can be connected in parallel with a capacity of more than 6M; it has the characteristics of a complete power station monitoring solution and intelligent backup redundant heat dissipation design. LCL filtering + intelligent reconstruction effectively suppresses grid resonance: It is understood that compared with traditional single-inverter systems, multi-inverter systems have multiple resonant frequencies, and the number of resonant frequencies is related to the type of inverter in the system. In order to suppress the voltage and current ripples generated by high-frequency switching and multi-system parallel connection, an LCL filter is usually added between the grid-connected inverter and the grid. Compared with the single-inductor L filter, the LCL filter has a stronger suppression ability for the high-frequency component of the current. At present, some manufacturers solve this resonance problem by adjusting the parameters of the inverter filters differently. However, when the capacity of the single unit is expanded, the resonance problem will still occur, and it will also cause the harmonic THDI of the power grid to be relatively poor.
It is worth mentioning that in line with the principle of continuous improvement, in addition to LCL filtering, Jinlong Technology's inverter also performs "intelligent reconstruction" of grid voltage sampling, processes the sampled grid signals, filters out useless high-frequency signals, and retains useful fundamental signals, thereby avoiding the introduction of high-frequency fluctuations. Active damping control algorithm strategy is used to suppress grid resonance caused by the connection of multiple inverters.

This product realizes fully intelligent energy management, adopts technologies such as battery SOC intelligent detection and precise MPPT algorithm, and can maximize the efficiency of energy storage and household use according to climate conditions, achieving maximum self-generation and self-use. In addition, this product is also compatible with a variety of 48V lithium batteries, supports CAN, RS485, Wi-Fi and GPRS communications and multiple protection functions.
