3.2 Architecture of power quality information system based on cloud computing
The limitations of the power quality monitoring system established by the existing power grid companies are:
(1) Closed type. This is reflected in information asymmetry and opacity. Since the original power supply and use business only occurred between the power grid company and the user, and for the sake of information security and information network coverage, the power quality monitoring system is generally located in the internal information network of the power system, and users generally cannot access it.
(2) The system construction cost is high.
(3) Lack of advanced analysis and value-added services for power quality data.
With the deepening of power system reform, a large number of new power sales companies and new power trading models need to develop an open Internet-based power quality monitoring system, which should have the following characteristics: transparent information sharing, terminal compatible access, distributed storage and computing, and support for friendly interaction.
The comparison of the power quality information system under the two architectures is shown in the following figure:
Advanced technologies such as distributed computing and network storage based on "Internet +" can provide more complete global and long-term data services, and will also change and promote the power quality monitoring industry from a product sales model to a service model.
4. Conclusion
In the energy Internet, which is mainly composed of large-scale distributed power sources and energy storage, virtual power plants, electric vehicles and charging facilities, and flexible and adjustable load resources, diversified and flexible Internet power trading has become a trend. The deepening of power system reform has spawned a large number of new power sales companies, which will also directly change the main players in the power trading market. The power quality industry faces development opportunities in both market models and technical connotations.
