On July 6, in the quality supervision inspection of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter products organized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the 500-kilowatt photovoltaic grid-connected inverter independently developed by Xuji successfully passed the national quality supervision inspection.
This quality supervision spot check will be conducted from May to July, for a period of two months. Organized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the National Smart Grid User-End Product (System) Quality Inspection Center, the National Smart Microgrid Control Equipment and System Quality Inspection Center and the National Solar Photovoltaic Product Quality Inspection Center will undertake the inspection task. The inspection unit strictly inspects the protective connection, contact current, power frequency withstand voltage of solid insulation, rated input and output, conversion efficiency, harmonics and waveform distortion, power factor, DC component and over-voltage and under-voltage protection of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter products of various manufacturers in accordance with the requirements of NB/T32004-2013 "Technical Specifications for Photovoltaic Power Generation Grid-Connected Inverters". The spot check items are mainly aimed at inverter performance and grid-connected indicators. If the relevant indicators are unqualified, it will have an adverse impact on the power generation and power quality of photovoltaic power stations.
Xuji's 500-kilowatt photovoltaic grid-connected inverter has been selected for random inspection for two consecutive years, and has completed supervision and random inspections at the National Smart Grid User-End Product (System) Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the National Smart Microgrid Control Equipment and System Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with a 100% inspection pass rate. The product has excellent quality, compact structure, high power density, complete protection measures, and intelligent and efficient operation. It can be used in plateaus above 3,000 meters above sea level. Through random inspections, Xuji has fully demonstrated its technological innovation capabilities, and its inverter product research and development has reached the domestic leading level, which will effectively promote the rapid development of my country's photovoltaic industry.
