The document pointed out that before 2020, my country will focus on the approximately 35,000 registered poverty-stricken villages in 471 counties in 16 provinces with good light conditions that have been piloted in the early stage, and ensure that each household will increase their income by more than 3,000 yuan per year by promoting the whole village. In addition, according to the Draft for Comments on the 13th Five-Year Development Plan for Solar Energy Utilization, the total scale of my country's photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects during the 13th Five-Year Plan period will reach 15GW.
