China Energy Storage Network News : Recently, the first regional branch of the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center was established in Hami, Xinjiang, and the country's first comprehensive energy base information public service platform was officially put into operation in Hami.
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the "Internet +" Action" on promoting the intelligentization of energy production, establishing a public service network for monitoring, management and dispatching information of energy production and operation, and promoting the coordinated development of non-fossil energy and fossil energy, in order to comprehensively improve the information management level of the Hami Comprehensive Energy Base industry, with the strong support of the National Energy Administration and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center, entrusted by the Hami Regional Government, established the first regional sub-center in China in Hami to undertake the construction and operation management of the comprehensive energy base information public service platform (Hami). The National Renewable Energy Information Management Center is a national renewable energy information management agency authorized by the National Energy Administration in 2013 to be built and managed by the National Renewable Energy Technology Management Unit-China Hydropower and Water Conservancy Planning and Design Institute in order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the State Council on using modern information technology to promote the transformation of government functions, streamline administration and delegate power, and strengthen in-process and post-process supervision. The center mainly performs the monitoring and management functions of national renewable energy industry information such as hydropower, wind power, solar energy, biomass energy, renewable energy grid connection projects, and public renewable energy independent power grids.
The Comprehensive Energy Base Information Public Service Platform (Hami) uses new-generation information technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and 3D GIS to conduct information management of renewable energy power generation, thermal power, power grid projects, and energy equipment manufacturing in Hami. It can query, monitor, analyze, and process information such as the distribution of various energy resources, industrial planning layout, construction and development progress, and operation status in Hami. It can provide big data services to national and local energy authorities, power grid dispatching departments, and various energy development and equipment manufacturing companies. It is a comprehensive energy base information service platform that integrates information query, information monitoring, power forecasting, data analysis, office applications, mobile display, and large-screen display.
This platform is a major exploration of my country's "Internet + integrated energy base" and "Internet + smart energy". It is the first practice in China to achieve deep integration of the Internet and integrated energy bases. It is also a big data project that provides basic support for the planning and construction of clean energy transmission channels for national air pollution prevention and control during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. It plays an important leading and exemplary role in improving the management level of my country's energy industry.
