The most fundamental solution: pneumatic one-way valve type HIBAR pump. No matter whether it is an old pump or even a scrapped or abandoned pump, it can be transformed into a precise, stable, durable and reliable rotary valve injection pump.

Why overhead rotary valve pumps are best suited for lithium-ion battery electrolyte filling:
1. The precise ceramic rotating structure ensures accurate and stable injection volume. In traditional one-way valve pumps, electrolyte crystals gather on the one-way valve seat, resulting in poor sealing of the one-way valve and reduced stability of the injection volume. The precise ceramic rotating structure completely solves this problem;
2. The ceramic sleeve output piston structure ensures the accuracy and overall durability of the pump, while avoiding the problem of easy pump jamming of general ceramic pumps. Precision ground diamond ceramics, combined with a single soft sealing ring, ensure overall sealing.
3. Whether it is an electric drive pump or a pneumatic drive pump, the overhead rotary valve pump is actually a dual drive mode: the linear movement of the plunger and the rotary movement of the rotary valve are driven separately to ensure its accuracy and stability. Since the movement of the plunger is linear, the injection volume of the electric pump can be digitally controlled by the control system; while the pneumatic pump can be controlled by micrometer capacity adjustment;
4. For the harsh characteristics of lithium-ion electrolyte: strong corrosiveness, easy crystallization, and bubbles, the overhead rotary valve pump performs better than other pumps. It is accurate and stable, reliable and durable, corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free, and almost maintenance-free. According to the feedback from actual lithium battery production, it can be used continuously for more than one year without maintenance.
