Shenzhen Maoshuo Electric and Hunan Sanren Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced a cooperation agreement to build a 1GW photovoltaic inverter factory in Xiangtan, Hunan, China, with the goal of seizing China's distributed photovoltaic business opportunities.
Maoshuo Electric is a subsidiary of Maoshuo Power Supply, with the R&D and production of high-power power products as its main business, and photovoltaic inverters are also an important product. In 2015, Maoshuo Electric's photovoltaic inverter products performed well in central and eastern China, so it decided to cooperate with Sanren Energy Technology to establish a production base in Hunan to increase production capacity and delivery speed, reduce logistics costs, and pave the way for a more complete local service network in the future.
Dr. Hu Yanshen, General Manager of Maoshuo Electric, pointed out that this cooperation is mainly to optimize the company's productivity layout and strengthen local customer purchase and after-sales service. At the same time, Maoshuo will also evaluate future development and may build production bases in North China, Northwest China and other overseas countries.
The company that cooperated with them, Sanren Energy Technology, is a company engaged in the research and development, production and promotion of new energy products such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation. The factory is located in Xiangtan, Hunan, one of the industrial towns in central China, which can radiate to the potential photovoltaic market in central China such as Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, etc.
