On December 25, Jiangsu GoodWe Power Technology Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: GoodWe, stock code: 835209) was listed for public transfer on the National Equities Exchange and Quotation System through an agreement transfer.
The announcement shows that GoodWe's operating income in 2013, 2014 and January-August 2015 was RMB 63.1539 million, RMB 104 million and RMB 106 million respectively; and its net profit was RMB -8.2070 million, RMB 2.0587 million and RMB 8.57 million respectively.
GoodWe was established on November 5, 2010, and its main business is the research and development, production and sales of solar photovoltaic inverters. In the process of off-grid solar photovoltaic power generation, since solar cells generate direct current under the photovoltaic effect, when the load is an AC device, an inverter is required to convert the power; and in the process of grid-connected power generation, the sinusoidal AC output of the system to the grid must be in the same frequency and phase as the grid voltage, and this function must also be achieved through a photovoltaic inverter.
GoodWe's products are mainly distributed photovoltaic inverters, which are used in residential roofs, small and medium-sized commercial roofs and photovoltaic power stations. The main products include 6 series of solar photovoltaic inverters and their supporting monitoring products, including NS series, SS series, DS series, SDT series, DT series and other string-type grid-connected inverters and ES series string-type off-grid energy storage inverters.
Data from the Wabei New Third Board Research Institute shows that the lead underwriter for GoodWe's listing is Hualin Securities, Tianheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is responsible for financial auditing, and Beijing Bank of China (Suzhou) Law Firm serves as special legal advisor.
