Recently, the lithium battery management system for electric vehicles developed by Tianneng Group has passed the appraisal and acceptance of relevant technical experts, Shanghai Environmental Protection Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission, indicating that the lithium battery management system independently developed by Tianneng Group will soon be put on the market in batches.

Tianneng Electric Vehicle Power Battery

The lithium battery management system developed by Tianneng Group uses matrix series-parallel combination technology to increase the total available energy of the battery system; uses an embedded heating film design to ensure that all battery cells are heated synchronously, improving the low-temperature performance of the battery; and uses a BMS module to perform CAN hierarchical management of the vehicle controller through the battery balancing interface, thereby improving the reliability and safety of the battery pack.

Since 2015, Tianneng Power has accelerated the implementation of the "one stable and three fast" development strategy, and has introduced a group of world-class experts such as Guo Konghui, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chen Hongyuan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Wu Feng, an academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, and Dr. Li Wen, a national champion, to form a lithium battery industry chain research and development team, focusing on four core technologies such as lithium battery materials, batteries, PACK, and management systems. In the first half of 2016, Tianneng's lithium battery sales revenue was nearly 200 million yuan, and the 18650 lithium batteries produced were widely used in new energy vehicles such as Zotye, Kandi, Chery, and Huali. The lithium battery production capacity jumped to 1.25GWH, ranking among the top ten lithium battery production capacities in the world.

Recently, the State Council has successively announced favorable policies to support the development of new energy vehicles and the construction of charging piles. The country plans to basically build a charging infrastructure system that is intelligent and efficient, with both vehicles and charging piles, by 2020 to meet the charging needs of more than 5 million electric vehicles, and by the end of this year, it will reach 500,000. In addition, new energy vehicles are listed as one of the top ten planned industries in "Made in China 2020". China's determination to develop new energy vehicles with the whole country's strength is unshakable. According to Ipsos's forecast, the demand for new energy vehicles will grow at a compound annual rate of 57% between 2015 and 2020, and it is expected that the demand for lithium batteries for new energy vehicles will exceed 100 billion yuan by 2020.
