On February 7, the "500kW high-efficiency, compact, high-power photovoltaic grid-connected inverter" independently developed by Zhongtian Technology and Nantong Yupin Communication Technology Co., Ltd. passed the new product appraisal organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Information Commission, marking another major innovation of Zhongtian Technology in the field of photovoltaic new energy.
The appraisal committee is composed of senior experts from the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Center, the East China Electric Power Design Institute, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, etc. The experts of the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the "500kW high-efficiency compact high-power photovoltaic grid-connected inverter" adopts a low-wind resistance wind duct structure and a duplex copper busbar design, which shortens the wind duct length, reduces wind resistance, and reduces the temperature rise of the copper busbar; adopts a new modular design with a compact structure, improves assembly efficiency, and shortens the average failure maintenance time of the equipment; adopts a variable step-length maximum power point tracking algorithm based on hysteresis comparison to achieve fast and accurate tracking of the maximum power point. The product is at the leading level in China in terms of structure and heat dissipation design, control algorithm, etc., and its overall performance has reached the domestic advanced level.
