Power outages or fixed-time power restrictions are the norm in many areas of India. Due to its large energy demand gap and rich light resources, India is an emerging market that the global photovoltaic industry is unanimously optimistic about.
The northern Indian state of Rajastan is one of the fastest growing PV markets in India. The Renewable Energy Corporation Limited has been established to promote the development of the PV industry and has signed agreements with 49 developers for 1,524MW of PV projects. Recently, Sungrow's SG30KTL inverter has been successfully applied in this market, with a total installation volume of more than 5MW.
The power infrastructure construction in Rajastan is relatively weak, the related supporting resources are relatively scarce, the temperature is high all year round, and the requirements for inverters are very strict. The Sungrow SG30KTL inverter installed this time has an IP65 protection level outdoor application design and can achieve full power output in a high temperature environment of 50°C, so it is very suitable for application environments with high temperatures and relatively weak infrastructure such as this region. It is reported that the product has obtained the "double A" evaluation result of the PHOTON laboratory and is known as the "top model among the tested inverters". It has also been successfully applied in major photovoltaic markets such as Germany.
