Among them, polycrystalline silicon and monocrystalline silicon solar cells with photoelectric conversion efficiencies of 17.5% and 19.5% respectively were the most eye-catching. This latest silicon cell technology from Wuxi Suntech Power Co., Ltd. broke the world record for photoelectric conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells.
