China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (abbreviated as: CNAS) is a national accreditation body approved and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China". It is currently the only institution in China that is qualified to issue national accredited laboratories. It conducts a review of domestic testing/proofreading laboratories in accordance with strict requirements, similar to the ISO9001 certification applied in production and services, and is a voluntary certification system. Enterprise laboratories that obtain national laboratory accreditation will enjoy the right of international mutual recognition. Through strict implementation of testing standards and accurate issuance of test data, they will establish an image of industry benchmarks internationally.
During the on-site review, the three project and technical experts evaluated and assessed the testing center from the two aspects of management system and technical capabilities, based on the standard requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and ISO/IEC 61215:2005 "Ground-use crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules - Design identification and finalization". They carefully and in detail reviewed the testing center's system documents, management records, personnel and equipment capabilities, facilities and environmental conditions control, testing methods, measurement traceability, sample management, test reports, file management, authorized signatory capabilities and other fields. At the last meeting, the three experts gave a high evaluation of the testing center's pragmatic attitude in the process of applying for the approval of 11 testing projects, and fully affirmed the testing center's software and hardware facilities and resource optimization configuration. At the same time, they also praised the rigorous and transparent professionalism shown by the test personnel during the testing process. The final review conclusions are as follows:
1. The quality system documents of the Photovoltaic Product Engineering Testing Center of BPJIAYANG Solar Energy Co., Ltd. cover all 25 elements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories", and have clear quality policies and objectives, organizational structure and division of responsibilities.
2. The testing center has maintained and improved the quality system well. The system operation meets the requirements of the accreditation criteria and operates effectively.
