The most important feature of this inverter is that it has a shell, which is safer and easier to carry. The front-stage circuit is similar to the previous one. The driver is MIC4452, with a driving current of 12A, a driving capacity of 60000PF, and a driving speed of 20NS. The power tube is IRFP2907, which is a perfect match. I finally understand that without a driving tool like MIC4452, a bull tube like IRFP2907 will not be able to fit! There are three types of rear-stage driver boards, PIC16F73, TDS2285, and EG8010. The interface with the power board is a plug-in card, which can be replaced at will. Let's show the driver board first:

This is called UPS or EPS. Backpack UPS is divided into three parts: inverter, charging, and AC voltage stabilization. The automatic switching conversion time cannot be greater than 10mS. Charging should be fully charged and automatically stopped. The AC power detection can be detected by the differential method of the op amp and rectified into a DC signal to control the switching. For example, the AC power is considered normal within a range. If it is too low or too high, the voltage stabilization circuit is enabled. If it exceeds the voltage stabilization range, the battery inverter power supply is enabled.
