ITECH recently launched a high-performance DC electronic load IT8400 series . At present, ITECH high-voltage and high-power DC electronic loads include IT8900A/E series and regenerative DC electronic load IT8000 series. Due to the difference in functional characteristics, the regenerative electronic load IT8000 series is often used for production line aging of power supplies and battery products and tests with low dynamic speed requirements. IT8900A/E has relative advantages in dynamic speed and test accuracy, and is often used in the research and development stage of power supplies and battery products.
The IT8400 series high-performance DC electronic load released this time is a high-power electronic load that integrates power, precision and speed. It has two voltages of 600V and 1200V, and the single-machine power ranges from 6 kW to 54kW, with a maximum power of up to 600 kW. It is particularly suitable for testing fuel cells, power batteries, DC charging piles, etc.
Its three core advantages:
-
It has short-term (<3s) double overpower load capacity;
-
True three-speed current range, with a resolution up to 40uA;
-
Faster loop response and current rise and fall speeds.
For the testing of energy storage devices such as lithium batteries, batteries, fuel cells or supercapacitors, the IT8400 series high-performance DC electronic load has the function of master-slave parallel connection, and the power configuration is more flexible. At the same time, the battery discharge cut-off conditions can be set internally: voltage, capacity, time, and the battery capacity attenuation characteristics can be analyzed. Up to 10kHz analog control and up to 25 kHz dynamic load characteristics, combined with List programming, can simulate the complex working conditions of the battery. If there is a need for instantaneous high-power load, IT8400 can also withstand double over-power load testing, helping customers save costs greatly. Like other ITECH power supplies and electronic loads, this series has complete built-in communication interfaces GPIB, LAN, USB, CAN, etc., supports SCPI language, and comes standard with LabVIEW driver. It can be used with the ITS5300 battery test system, which is also very friendly to system integrators.
The entire IT8400 series uses a black body, featuring "high power, high precision, and high speed", and is designed for testing DC charging piles, motors, fuel cells, etc. that require instantaneous high-power loading and high-voltage testing.
