Yageo introduces the PA0100 ultra-small metal current sensing resistor, providing a product solution specifically addressing the challenges of continued miniaturization to stay close to customer needs. The 01005 resistor measures only 0.4x0.2mm, making it the smallest metal current sensing resistor available today. This product complements the PA series, which offers different sizes of 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 and 2010 package products. The entire PA series has high-performance features, and Rutronik offers these products on the e-commerce platform.
In order to develop PA0100, Yageo first developed and applied a variety of semiconductor manufacturing processes to produce the smallest current sensor product with a resistance value of only 10-20mΩ.
At the same time, PA0100 has excellent characteristics such as high accuracy (1%), low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR = 300ppm/°C) and low thermal EMF. PA0100 jumper is used as a metal jumper with a maximum rated current of 8A.
The PA0100 is primarily intended for mobile devices with strict size requirements, such as smartphones, but is also suitable for battery modules or radio frequency transceiver modules (RF/PA modules).
