The power module is extremely important for a control system. It is related to whether the entire system can work normally. Therefore, a suitable power supply should be selected when designing a control system. Today, I will introduce the design of a low-voltage power supply.
It is very important to select a suitable power chip for the power supply circuit. The voltage regulator chip: LM2576S has high power, can withstand high voltage, and protects the chip. It is used to power the sensor-related circuits of the system; TPS7350 is a low-voltage difference voltage regulator chip. 7350 is used to provide +5V voltage for logic control circuits such as single-chip microcomputers. The power supply of the servo is also implemented by 7350. Two diodes are used to increase the low-end potential of 7350 by about 1.4V, so that 7350 outputs a stable 6V voltage (the value of the low-end voltage is specified according to the requirements of the circuit). In this way, the voltage stabilization effect is better, the performance is stable, the circuit structure is simple, the load capacity is strong, and sufficient power can be guaranteed for the power supply of other modules. The independent power supply of system control, drive, and sensor can effectively prevent interference between devices and the problem of insufficient current, so that the system can work stably.
